Rhodia yellow paper head-stapled legal pad, A4+ (210mm x 318mm). Coated card cover flips up and folds back out of the way. Card-backed notebook has 80 micro-perforated detachable sheets of top-quality 80gsm superfine yellow vellum paper. Orange cover with black Rhodia logo.
It's not known for sure why 'legal pads' have yellow pages; one theory is that the paper was stained one uniform colour to mask any imperfections (not a problem you'll find with this Clairefontaine paper) whilst another is that black writing is easier and less striking to read when written on yellow paper. Technically, legal pads can have paper of any colour, with lines ruled in any colour. But like a true classic, these Rhodia pads have the yellow paper, super-wide margins and indigo-blue rulings.
A4+ version features lined paper only; see A5 version for squared paper.

FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £40, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £40, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
