Created in the late 1940s to manufacture superior refills for the American pens then being imported, Schneider quickly grew to be one of Germany's largest pen manufacturers. Schneider produce a wide range of interesting products; have an excellent refill range; and demonstrate a commitment to environmental issues, including the prestigious EMAS II ecological audit.

They still make top quality refills, and we especially love their super-smooth Schneider Slider range, which includes standard G2 'Parker-style' refills that fit many pens.
