Specialists in all things ink, Octopus Fluids are a German ink producer based in Dresden, Germany. They were founded in 2011 but their roots go back to 1826 under the August Leonhardi and Baroque brand, who were producers of traditional Saxon ink.
Thankfully, their inks aren't actually made from octopus fluids, your favourite inky invertebrates are safe. They do offer a massive range of inks suitable for any occasion or ink-based hobby though.
Inspired by mythical creatures and legends, the sheen inks from Octopus have a magical element to them with some striking sheen effects to complement the ink. Unlike a lot of sheen inks though, these are completely safe to use in fountain pens. A lot of unsafe to use inks opt to use glitter to bring out what can be quite a dull sheen more to get the effect which can clog up a fountain pen and is often one of the drawbacks to using them. However, these completely dyed-based inks achieves a remarkable sheen effect through use of a very high content of dyes.

FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £50, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £50, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
