Most artists will know of these already, but they're a bit of an oddity for non-artists. They are, essentially, a small eraser attached to an electric motor. Press the button and the eraser spins.
One of the difficulties in erasing, especially small detailed areas, is that the eraser needs to be moving to work, so it's difficult to erase a small area, because there's no room to move the eraser without erasing bits you didn't want to erase. One solution is the kneadable 'putty' type of eraser, which can be used to 'lift' the graphite from the page, without the need for much rubbing. The other is this.
The small eraser spins around, so you only need to touch it to the paper for it to work, making it much easier to remove small areas without accidentally erasing too much.
Requires 2x AAA batteries, not supplied. Various colours, supplied randomly - contact us if the colour is important to you!
