We're now sending most orders out the same day, Monday to Friday, if ordered before midday. Weekend orders and orders placed on Monday are likely to take an extra day. If your country's postal service has delays, they will, of course, delay orders coming to you.
In the UK, Royal Mail are working quite well, but with more risk of delays than usual. This includes Special Delivery, especially going to Northern Ireland, so while most Special Delivery orders will still arrive the next day as expected, delays are more likely than usual.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, and over the weekend, will normally be sent out on Monday. We're closed on UK bank holidays.

Yes, we're still shipping across Europe! Please note, though, that while Brexit means orders to the EU won't be charged VAT at UK rates, they may be subject to import duties, which we have no control over. Many countries will have the option to pre-pay duties in the checkout, to avoid any charges and delays with delivery.
You will need to pay any due taxes to receive your order, for the EU, Norway and Switzerland we have included these in the prices of our products to make it easier for you.
Free delivery will apply to most of Europe if your order is over £70 GBP and under 2kg, but if you add items to your basket and enter the checkout, you can confirm the delivery costs and options. Express air courier available at extra cost, and high value orders may be upgraded to courier delivery at no extra charge. Orders over 2Kg in weight may be subject to additional cost. Please allow up to a month for delivery, as delays do happen occasionally with airmail.
