The Staedtler Noris Eco Pencil is manufactured using an innovative new process which uses extruded natural fibre. This fibre is made from 70% wood and allows much higher utilisation resulting in more pencils per tree. All wood used comes from PEFC-certified sustainably-managed forests and the manufacturing process uses no solvents.
This is the same process by which Staedtler WOPEX pencils are made.
The Staedtler Noris Eco pencil is finished in the traditional Staedtler stripes with a smart green and black livery. The soft finish paint gives a smooth, grippy coating with a subtle metallic sheen. The added weight given to the pencils from the WOPEX manufacturing process gives a more premium feel to what would normally be seen as a basic school pencil.
High lead stability and strong bonding ensures high break-resistance and a longer write-out length compared to traditional pencils. Topped with a good quality white eraser.
