The Intuition Platino range is the "big brother" of the Intuition range. Pure lines, highly-polished deep colour and contrasting platinum plating define the entire Intuition Collection, while features as the trumpet shape, ribbed end cap and elegant spring-loaded pocket clip are traditional Graf von Faber-Castell styling cues. The platinum-plated front section is discreetly engraved with the words 'Handmade in Germany' on the rear.
This twist-action propelling pencil uses strong 0.7mm lead, supplied as grade B, and contains a reservoir for spare leads. Under the end cap is a replaceable white eraser.
The barrel features precious grenadilla wood, normally used to make woodwind instruments, carefully worked into a finely-ribbed barrel. Natural variations in grain and colouring ensure that every item is unique. This wood is particularly hard and durable.
