2021 is the Chinese Year of the Ox, and Caran d'Ache have created a very special limited edition fountain pen to commemorate it.
This is a beautifully-designed pen, with a glossy black-lacquered barrel inlaid with the symbol of the ox in purple lacquer. The grip area also features the ox symbol, and the ring features the Caran d'Ache branding. All are gold-plated, along with the pocket clip and barrel end. The cap is engraved with the limited edition number; only 888 are available, with 888 being regarded as a Chinese lucky number and a representation of ultimate balance.
Dimensions: 138mm closed, 125mm open, 160mm posted. Hand-polished 18c gold nib available in medium. Supplied with 2 ink cartridges and a piston converter for use with bottled ink. Presented in a luxury wooden gift box in polished black lacquer.
