Neocolor I wax pastels were iIntroduced more than 60 years ago. They're water-resistant with excellent lightfastness and are suitable for use on a variety of materials, including paper, cardboard, glass, wood, fabric, leather and stone. Soluble in turpentine, they can be combined with Neocolor II wax pastels.

Neocolor II wax pastels are a little younger, having been introduced to the market in 1972. They are water-soluble, with a soft, velvety texture, and suitable for all types of art with their ultra-high pigment concentration, superior covering power, vivid colours and excellent light resistance.

Perfect for drawings on dry and wet materials of all types, including washes and watercolour.
