If you carry a notebook around with you, you're probably aware of the frustrations of keeping a pen with it. Sure, you can try to clip it on the cover, but it'll more than likely get lost or the pen will get damaged. Loose pens and pencils are also a problem; they always have a way of finding themselves in the deepest corner of a bag when they are needed most. This problem was all too familiar for Quiver, so they put their heads together and came up with a range of high-quality pen holders that can be attached to virtually any notebook, allowing you to keep your pens and pencils where you need them most.
Stitched by hand, Quiver pen holders are made from finest-quality full-grain leather sourced from cows grazed on open farmland, free from barbed wire. This means that the leather has none of the imperfections and scratches found on many cheaper products. The use of full-grain leather has other advantages too: it ages much better than other types, so will develop a patina and its own character over years of use; it's also more durable and has better breathability, resulting in less moisture from prolonged contact.
Quiver double pen holders have been designed to hold two pens with maximum barrel diameters of 12mm; in our testing we've found that it's possible to put slightly larger pens into a Quiver. If you have a very wide-barrelled pen, the Quiver double pen holder works equally well holding a single pen.
The Quiver double pen holder is best suited to use with hardcover notebooks as the strong elastic used will put pressure on the cover of your notebook. However, the Quiver softcover notebook adaptor enables a penholder to be used with almost any notebook.
