Tombow XPA Outdoor Pen

The Tombow XPA is a rugged all-metal pen ideal for a variety of uses in outdoor, travel or unusual environments thanks to a number of useful features: aluminium and brass construction is tough and long-lasting; the usefully-compact closed size simply pulls to expand to full-size, automatically deploying the nib; the top features a strong loop which can attach to a ring for use on lanyard, keyring or carabiner; and finally the pen refill itself is gas-pressurised - this allows it to write at low temperature, upside-down and even onto wet paper.
A remarkably useful pen with a pleasing 'engineered' feel to it.
