Sheaffer Tagalong Ballpoint
Oddly hard-to-find these days. Parker used to do a neck-corded ballpoint, but no longer.
A quality Sheaffer ballpoint pen with a 60cm neck cord attached to the cap.
Uses standard Sheaffer ballpoint refill here.
