Platignum
An unmistakable signature

Cult Pens are pleased to present the reincarnation of the famous Platignum brand. A name familiar since 1919, especially if you were at school in the UK in the 1960s, the history of Platignum since then is virtually the history of the pen, as Platignum pioneered many innovations that remain standard to this day (see the Platignum history link at the bottom of this page).
The Platignum brand disappeared a few years ago, but relaunched in October 2007 with a newly-designed range of pens which provide an interesting balance of retro style and contemporary design, using quality materials at affordable prices. All the pens are largely made of metal, which is rare at this price point, and our particular favourites are the No.1 and the No.5 fountain pens and the No.3 and No.5 ballpoints.
The new Platignum website can be found here
