The brand-new HyperG rollerball from Pentel takes on the Pilot G2 and Uni-ball Signo 207 - aiming to be smoother, more attractive and with higher-quality ink. Does it succeed? It's certainly got the archival ink to match the Signo (the G2's ink is no match for either), and it claims to have customer approval for it's looks. It's also within Pentel's Recycology brand - boasting 57% recycled content by weight.

New super-smooth HyperG KL257 gel rollerball has fade-resistant and waterproof archival-quality ink. The ink is quick-drying and highly-resistant to water, acetone, bleach and acid. Contoured rubber grip and distinctive diamond-cut inner barrel decoration. Chromed nose with unusual accent.
