Brand-new for Autumn 2007, Parker relaunch a name from the past with a new modern look. The original 1970's Parker Slinger was a ballpoint pen on a neck cord, and ever since the demise of that pen and it's rival, the Sheaffer Tagalong, the world has been crying out for a replacement. Under the new WriteWear (TM) brand, Parker have stepped into the gap they created and come up with a really smart alternative. Supplied complete with a nylon lanyard with both quick release and safety release catches, the Slinger II can hang from this or be used without. The flip-off cap stays with the lanyard. The Slinger II retract mechanism can be retracted with one hand, and is use standard Parker ballpoint refills. Polished chrome barrel is available with or without a rubber grip, and in a choice of three trim colours. |
