Q. How do I shop?
A. Use the 'Add to Basket' buttons by each product to fill up your basket. If you wish to change the quantity of an item or delete an item from your basket, use the 'View Basket' link at top right - make your change and press the 'Update' button below the basket.
When you're finished shopping click the 'Checkout' link at top right. Select your shipping destination country and press 'Next' - at this point you will have confirmation of the total cost of your goods including shipping. Enter your address and card details and you're done. You will receive an automatic email acknowledging your order (if you don't either you entered your email address incorrectly or your spam filter is blocking us!). If you need to change your order for any reason please email or phone us as quickly as possible.
You will receive another email advising you when your order ships - if you do not receive any emails, please check your junk mail box!

Q. Is it safe to order from your site?
A. As safe as any web site. Our checkout pages are proteced by a secure certificate from Thawte
When you pay by card you will be transferred to Protx - our payment service provider running on a secure server.
We think you can trust the security of our systems, but if you're nervous about credit card transactions over the internet, when you check out you can select to pay by cheque (see below) or by printing out an order form for you to fill in card details to send through the post or by fax, or you can provide them over the phone.

Q. What credit and debit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Solo, American Express and JCB cards.

Q. Can I pay by cheque, postal order or money order?
A. We can accept UK postal orders or UK bank cheques in pounds sterling only. Shop as normal and when you check out, select Send Cheque as your payment method. Print the receipt page or the order confirmation email and send with a cheque for the total amount, made payable to 'Cult Pens', to

A. Yes we ship virtually everywhere - please refer to the information about delivery.

Q. How much would my order cost me?
A. To see the total cost of any order to any destination, simply add the items you're interested in to your basket. Click Checkout, select your country (and your state, if you live in the USA or Canada), and press Next. You will then see the total cost with any taxes and shipping charges applicable. You do not need to provide any personal details at this stage. The total amount is displayed in British pounds sterling - you can convert this amount to your local currency - see information below.

Q. Do you supply a full VAT receipt?
A. Yes - a full UK VAT receipt is included with all shipments.

Q. Can you ship VAT-free to EU countries?
A. Yes - but you will need to advise your EU VAT number by phone, fax or email. We can then deduct VAT before shipping.

Q. Can you ship VAT-free to the Channel Islands?
A. Yes, simply select Channel Islands (UK) as your destination delivery country and VAT will automatically be deducted.

Q. How much is the item I want in US dollars?
A. We only charge in UK pounds sterling. The price you pay in US dollars will depend on your credit card company's exchange rate. You can check the bank rate here, but note that your card company will almost certainly charge a slightly less favourable rate. We advise you to check with your card company if you're unsure.

Q. Can you supply pens with my name or logo on them?
A. Sorry, we don't currently supply branded pens. However, if you have a printer who will do the branding then call us for our best price on bulk quantities of pens.

Q. Can you supply public sector bodies?
A. No problem - we can supply goods against an official purchase order from the public sector (NHS, schools, MOD, national and local government, etc) - please contact us for details.

Q. Will you bombard me with email or give my email address to anyone else?
A. Absolutely not! We may send you very occasional news of offers, and if you request that we stop we will of course respect that. We will NEVER give your email address to any third-party for any reason whatsoever - we hate spam as much as you do.
