Cult Pens - Delivery Information
UK Delivery
All items are sent by First Class Royal Mail, or courier where appropriate.
Delivery is FREE in the UK for orders over £10 in value - otherwise a flat £1.50 postage and handling charge applies.
We do not aim to guarantee next-day delivery as standard - expect delivery in 1-3 working days. However most orders received before 12 noon Mon-Fri will be shipped same day and will generally arrive next day. We do aim to have all items in stock except where specifically noted in the item description.
Orders to the value of £100 or more are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day at no extra cost, but please note that actual despatch date will be subject to stock availability and day and time of order. Call us on 01884 259856 to check stock and despatch times.
Your card is NOT charged until we ship your goods.
Got a deadline? We don't recommend relying on the Royal Mail First Class Service. For most shipments we can offer guaranteed next business day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery at £4.95 (order by 2pm) - please phone or email us if you require this service. Please also contact us if you have an urgent requirement and need to know whether we have stock.
International Delivery
We are now shipping internationally.
European delivery is £7.50; the rest of the world (inc. USA, Canada, Far East, Middle East, Australasia, Africa, etc) is £10. The service used is Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For, which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery generally takes around 5 to 8 business days, but can take longer, especially if held up in Customs.
Please note that we reserve the right to adjust delivery charges for foreign orders over 1kg in weight. We will always contact you if this is the case and give you the option to pay extra or cancel the order.
Note that for international orders we will ONLY deliver to the address of the card used to purchase the goods. Customers outside the EU will be charged the VAT-exclusive prices shown on the site. |
