Orders received by 3pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched same day! Weekends, bank holidays, etc - orders shipped next business day. If your order is not in stock for any reason - we WILL let you know as soon as possible.
Your card is NOT charged until we ship your goods.

Most orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail, with Special Delivery or courier delivery for orders over £100 at no extra charge.
Delivery is FREE in the UK for orders over £10 in value - otherwise a £1.50 postage and handling charge applies.
We do not aim to guarantee next-day delivery as standard - expect delivery in 1-3 working days. However most orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped same day and will generally arrive next day. We do aim to have all items in stock except where specifically noted in the item description.
Orders to the value of £100 or more are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day or by next business-day courier at no extra cost, but please note that the actual despatch date will be subject to stock availability and day and time of order. Call us on 01884 259856 to check stock and despatch times. We don't guarantee delivery day unless you contact us when you place your order.
Guaranteed Saturday delivery normally available for orders despatched on Fridays. £8.50 for order values under £100 or £2.55 extra for order values of £100 or more.
Got a deadline? We don't recommend relying on the Royal Mail First Class Service. For most shipments we can offer guaranteed next business day delivery by Fedex or by Royal Mail Special Delivery at just £5.95 - please phone or email us if you require this service. Please also contact us if you have an urgent requirement and need to confirm our stock.

 International Delivery
European delivery is £7.50; the rest of the world (inc. USA, Canada, Far East, Middle East, Australasia, Africa, etc) is £10. The charge is per order.
The service used is Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For, which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery generally takes around 5 to 8 business days, but can take longer, especially if held up in Customs.
Please note that we reserve the right to adjust delivery charges for foreign orders over 1kg in weight. We will always contact you if this is the case and give you the option to pay extra or cancel the order.
Note that for international orders we will ONLY deliver to the address of the card used to purchase the goods. Customers outside the EU will be charged the VAT-exclusive prices shown on the site.
We can offer a delivery upgrade to priority air express service (usually via DHL) to most international destinations at extra cost - please contact us with your purchase requirements and delivery country for a price and transit time. |
