Welcome to Cult Pens

Here you'll find the planet's greatest selection of writing instruments. We stock absolutely everything we can lay our hands on, from specially-imported Japanese rollerballs to limited edition fountain pens; from eraser refills for mechanical pencils to industrial markers; from fine art markers to designer desk pens.

We've been here since 2005, when we were the first retailer to open those annoying boxes of 12 and start selling all pens individually and the first to bother stocking the rarer colours and refills. You can still buy any item we sell in almost any quantity you like. We also made a commitment to stock every available refill, and we've stuck to that. These days you can find a bit more general stationery here - just stuff that takes our fancy and that we know you'll enjoy. Basically, we're just a bunch of pen geeks and if someone shows us something shiny or cool or interesting, we'll stock it.

Our Service

We aim to be the best, pure and simple. Here's how we try and achieve just that:

Despatch your order as soon as possible. That means same-day if received by 3pm on working days, subject to stock. No sitting on it for 2 or 3 days; no ‘prime’ service, no paying extra for faster despatch. Just get it out the door and on its way! If we can’t immediately fulfil your order for some reason, we’ll let you know.

Have our customer service team answer the phone - no menus, no sales messages, no call queues. Just straight through to someone who can deal with your enquiry.

Deal with your issues now, not later. Emails answered within 1 business day at the latest, but normally within an hour during our business hours.

Returns, exchanges and refunds processed the day they arrive, including crediting your card where needed!

Sort out any problems with the minimum of hassle. We can’t be completely perfect, and occasionally products are defective or delivery services let us down, but our aim is to fix these things as fast as we can and with the minimum of inconvenience to you.

Go above and beyond. We’ll help you find the perfect product; make a special order for that unusual item we don’t stock; or work with you on a tight delivery schedule.

You can be confident that you’re buying quality items in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that a product doesn’t suit you we offer an easy 14-day returns procedure, with exchange or refund as required.
